SOLROOF is a photovoltaic system hidden in the roof. With SOLROOF, you get a BIPV system — integrated photovoltaics with steel sheathing. Additionally, we equip the roof with flashing, a steel gutter system, and PV installation components. This ensures that the components are perfectly matched to each other and are readily available for system replacement or expansion when needed.


Power optimizers are standard equipment in the SOLROOF system. They increase panel performance, allowing you to enjoy high and cost-effective electrical energy yields, regardless of shadows or dirt that would reduce the efficiency of the entire installation in traditional photovoltaic panels.
The SOLROOF is aesthetically pleasing, and its minimalist appearance enhances the building’s presentation. SOLROOF has a uniform surface, as it’s based on traditional standing seam steel roof panels combined with photovoltaic cells. BP2 Sp. z o.o. is responsible for the SOLROOF brand – we are a renowned manufacturer of steel roofing with 30 years of experience. We produce FIT VOLT panels in our facilities within the European Union using our own machines and technologies.
The SOLROOF system comes standard with a special SOUNDCONTROL 200 sound-absorbing coating under inactive panels, which effectively reduces rainfall noise and improves acoustic comfort inside the building.

The highest fire resistance class
We have obtained a range of certifications for SOLROOF panels in fire safety testing. These include VDE Testing and Certification as well as BROOF-T4 – the highest fire resistance classification for roofs in Europe. BROOF (t4) is the most rigorous and comprehensive fire test conducted in Europe. SOLROOF has also passed hot-spot resistance tests, covering localized overheating and self-ignition, which can affect the module’s durability and operational safety.
We have eliminated the unattractive frames and visible connections typical of standard photovoltaic panels. Thanks to the SOLROOF system, the entire roof surface presents a clean, uninterrupted form, perfectly integrated with modular FIT roofing panels.
Now the roof and the photovoltaic system are one. The comprehensive SOLROOF photovoltaic system includes integrated FIT VOLT photovoltaic panels, modular FIT roofing panels, optimizers, and SolarEdge system components.
Thanks to the integrated solution, the SOLROOF roof is covered by a single manufacturer’s warranty. In addition, there is no risk of roof damage that can occur during the installation of standard photovoltaic panels – your warranty remains fully protected.
The SOLROOF roof uses a snap-lock standing seam technology (“click”) well known to roofers, applied in both FIT and FIT VOLT panels. As a result, installation runs smoothly and is coordinated by a single installation company.
Our advisors support you at every stage of obtaining subsidies for the integrated SOLROOF panel system, as well as during the process of registering the installation with the grid operator (DSO). Additionally, if the investment forms part of a building’s thermal modernization, we can help you obtain a tax relief.
Service work is carried out by our authorized roofers, without the need to determine responsibility for installation errors at individual stages. SOLROOF panels are connected using a snap-lock (“click”) system, allowing a single element to be replaced without dismantling the entire roof covering – a solution unique to the SOLROOF system.
Glass panels alone do not provide the same level of home protection as steel – a material proven over decades of use, which we employ in SOLROOF. That is why we integrate tempered glass with steel, a highly durable and easy-to-maintain material. Thanks to steel, the resistance of SOLROOF photovoltaic panels to perforation is exceptionally high.
The SOLROOF system is a modular, ready-to-use solution that is easy to expand or replace. The standard delivery time for components is 10 days from shipment confirmation, allowing installation to start or continue quickly without unnecessary downtime.


SOLROOF roof panels have passed rigorous testing at the renowned Fraunhofer Institute, obtaining VDE certification. Their resistance to hail up to 25mm in diameter, extreme temperatures from -40°C to 85°C, high humidity, and overheating risk has been confirmed. This ensures SOLROOF guarantees durability and safety even in the most challenging weather conditions.
