Waldemar Piela has over 40 years of experience in the roofing industry. As a Master Roofer, he advises SOLROOF in technical areas and helps develop the industry by educating the professional community. Our Master serves on the examination board of the Mazovian Chamber of Crafts, and thanks to his engagement as president, the Polish Roofers Association gained regular membership status in the International Federation of Roofing Contractors (IFD).

Dawid Kocot is a specialist with over twenty years of industry experience and holds the title of master roofer and sheet metal worker. He began his roofing journey in 2001, and today is among the most engaged professionals in the field. He has been active in the Polish Roofers Association for years, promoting the profession and sharing knowledge with younger contractors – he is, among others, the vice president of the Małopolska branch of PSD. Our Master is known for his precision, passion for craftsmanship, and desire for development – he conducts training and mobile workshops for roofers, where he shares practical solutions in installation and roof finishing. In his work, he emphasizes quality and aesthetics, and his projects stand out for their precision and attention to detail.
Dawid Kocot exemplifies a specialist who combines experience with passion and shows that roofing is not just a profession, but an art requiring dedication and continuous improvement. He also co-conducts training sessions at the MASTERS ACADEMY.

SOLROOF Practical Training
The Masters Academy is an original practical training program, conducted by Master Roofers in a modern training room at the production facility in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
We gladly share knowledge while listening to your needs. Our modern, fully equipped training room dedicated to the Masters Academy is a place where theory and practice combine in the pursuit of perfection.
The meetings are divided into two parts: theoretical – in the form of a lecture about SOLROOF technology and its benefits for contractors and clients, and practical, during which guests along with our master roofers perform SOLROOF roof installation.
