The SOLROOF is fully installed by authorized SOLROOF roofers and installers. The installation process is similar to that of regular roof panels mounted with a snap-lock system.

QUICK AND EASY INSTALLATION

The integrated FIT VOLT photovoltaic panels (active part) were developed based on the installation technology of FIT steel roof panels (inactive part) using the “click” snap-lock system, which is well-known and valued by roofing specialists. This allows for installation times similar to standard roofing.

Complete photovoltaic roof

With SOLROOF, you receive a complete BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics) system, which is photovoltaics integrated with steel roofing. The system consists of FIT VOLT photovoltaic panels, integrated with steel and forming the active part of the roof, and FIT roof panels, serving as the inactive part, complementing the roof surface where PV modules cannot be installed.

To ensure the roof is fully functional and aesthetic, we also provide dedicated sheet metal flashing, a steel gutter system upon customer request, and high-quality photovoltaic installation components such as optimizers, inverter, and wiring.

The click-type snap lock is a proven method of joining roof panels that has been used for many years, making the installation of the SOLROOF system quick, simple, and precise. The entire structure has been thoughtfully designed and adapted for installation by roofers, ensuring efficient work progress and full coordination of the project by a single contractor.

SOLROOF is a complete solution where all elements – the active part (photovoltaic), inactive part, roofing trims and accessories, and the gutter system – are produced by us. This ensures that the components are perfectly matched, creating a cohesive system, and their immediate availability allows for quick roof replacement or expansion if needed.

The well-designed mounting system facilitates maintenance work and guarantees full safety of the entire installation. Optimizers are placed under the VOLT windbreaks (running along the side edges of the roof) and under the FIT panels (inactive part), which are easy to dismantle. This solution ensures safe and trouble-free replacement of individual panels, minimizing the risk of damaging adjacent elements and eliminating the need to dismantle the entire roof surface.
