Key Features of the XTREME [XT] Coating
A thick paint coating with a matte finish, Fine Wrinkle, with a gloss level of < 10 GU ensures an elegant appearance and high visual quality of the roof covering. It is also resistant to color and gloss degradation, even during long-term exposure to intense sunlight.
An organic coating with a thickness of 70 μm applied to galvanized steel (zinc coating with a mass of 275 g/m²) provides protection confirmed by RC5+ classification, as well as the highest UV resistance category – RUV5 – in accordance with the latest version of the EN 10169 standard for organically coated steel.
The long service life of steel sheets coated with XTREME [XT] ensures full functionality and aesthetics of the roof covering for many years of use. Once the steel reaches the end of its service life, it is 100% recyclable.
The durability of XTREME [XT] steel sheets is confirmed by long-term warranties: up to 60 years under standard conditions (more than 3 km from the coastline), and 40 years under demanding coastal conditions (less than 3 km from the coastline).
