SOLROOF is a BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaics) system – a solution where photovoltaics are an integral part of the roof, not a separate addition. By combining active (energy-producing) and inactive components, you get a uniform roof covering that simultaneously serves as a power source for your home. As part of the SOLROOF system, we provide a complete roof: steel panels integrated with FIT VOLT photovoltaic modules (active), supplementary FIT steel panels (inactive), flashing, optimizers, an inverter, other installation components, and, upon customer request, a steel gutter system.
The integrated FIT VOLT panel is the basic element of the SOLROOF system – it combines the function of roof covering and photovoltaic panel. Thanks to the use of monocrystalline PERC cells combined with a steel base in glass-steel technology, the panel is tight, durable, and resistant to changing weather conditions. FIT VOLT is a modern solution that enables energy production from sunlight without the need to install traditional PV modules.

The FIT panel is a steel roof covering that complements the FIT VOLT panels, creating a coherent and tight surface. Its appearance resembles traditional roofs with alternating sheet arrangements, but it is made using modern mounting technologies and XCarb® recycled and renewably produced steel, characterized by a low carbon footprint and high durability. FIT steel panels provide a durable and aesthetic complement to the roof surface, guaranteeing its tightness and resistance.

The SOLROOF steel gutter system is a complete solution, made of high-quality coated steel with XCarb® steel certificates. The system components are precisely fitted, ensuring quick installation and tight connections. The ULTIMAT [UTK] coating in UTK33 shade provides durability, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic matching of the gutter system to the SOLROOF roof – ensuring the gutter system maintains full color consistency, structure, and gloss level with the SOLROOF roof covering. SolarEdge electrical components are responsible for the production and management of electrical energy. They include power optimizers and inverter, which work with FIT VOLT panels, ensuring maximum efficiency of the entire installation and safety. Optimizers control the operation of panels, minimizing losses caused by shading or dirt, while the inverter converts direct current into alternating current. Thanks to the applied technologies, SolarEdge components guarantee high safety, efficiency, and full control over the operation of the SOLROOF photovoltaic roof.

Flashing in the SOLROOF system is responsible for the tightness, safety, durability, and aesthetics of the roof. The system solution guarantees perfect color and installation matching. These elements include, among others, VOLT windbreak, VOLT ventilated ridge, VOLT cable channel, and VOLT optimizer guide. Each of them performs a specific structural function – protecting the roof against wind and moisture, providing roof ventilation, as well as aesthetic finishing of the whole. These trims are a dedicated solution for the SOLROOF roof, guaranteeing its durability and consistent appearance.
